We create nice PDFs out of markdown, but if they are supposed to be sent to an actual printer, they need

a blank orange cover inside at the beginning and the end
a page number that is a multiple of four

To generate these additional pages, we need more code and potentially an option to pass to our printing pipeline.

That was done by maxigas, it's not an option, it's now the default.
