On April 14, 2023, 704 items of collections and communities were enqueued to redis, up to this moment (9:31AM, April 17, 2023), none of these 704 items were processed by PMPY. They are still in the queue.

I ran the same command on the test server (era-app-stg-1) to enqueue all collections and communities, these were processed partially after a few days. So far, there are 274 remaining in the queue for the test servers, which is better but still not normal (taking too long).

I suspect ualbertalib/jupiter#3117 blocks this, but I didn't realize it impacts all of them.

@henryzhang87 we've deployed the fix for jupiter. We can enqueue the collections again to catch the ones that errored out.
