Support PHP 7.2

PHP 5 is going out of support soon and, while master works with 7.0 (out of support next week) and 7.1 (another year), let's target 7.2. We have some third party plugins that don't work.

??Has a PHP 7.2 and upgrade procedure been found that is compatible with RedHat ???
I will need upgrade from an older version instructions for an Un-Confident admin.

Has there been any progress, independently, on this? Rhel 6 is eol, 7 is almost eol. I mean, I "could" install php 7.2 on rhel 8, but even php 7.2 will be gone soon. Or, alternately, is there a comparable app to take the place of GotS?
