Describe the bug
Can't change dashboard logo while using FILESYSTEM S3

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'site management'
Click on 'logo'
Change logo
Logo doesn't change

Expected behavior
Logo change as expected

Happened on badaso 1.0.0-alpha.38
