Normalization of Scores in Rubric Evals

Would like to see normalization of scores for rubric evaluations. That is to say, it should be a score relative to other members in my group, but normalized as compared to other groups in the class. If everyone got 4/4 in one group, and everyone got 3/4 in another group, these are really the same - they are saying that contributions were equal amongst group members.
