iPeer event allows release of All Comments, which means all comments to all students, but could a function be added to only release comments to students who themselves had submitted comments (e.g. another button in the menu of iPeer-release-all-comments.jpg)

This feature would be very useful from the pedagogical perspective since it would allow to release comments to students who submit comments only. Students and I do not want to make submitting comments compulsory.

By making them optional, only about 30% of the class write comments. If I release comments to all – students who did not write them will benefit without putting in any work.

Also, by announcing the condition of viewing comments (if comments are submitted) the % of students writing meaningful comments will increase benefiting all students who want to see comments.
