Repo Prefix not actually used when provisioning repositories #221

The prefix PomoTODO was specified for the phase1 deliverable in CPSC 210 but when repositories are provisioned, they are named based on the naming convention PomoTODO_phase1_<CSID> instead of the expected PomoTODO_<CSID>

@pcarterubc this is by design. Specific naming conventions can be specified by overriding computeNames in the 210 fork:
