Description

Similar to ChatGPT, the chatbot must send its answer in chunks to provide an overall better user experience

Success Criterias

Please provide the detailed requirements for this feature:

The chatbot response must be continuously streamed to the user
Chatbot related functions such as inserting a question into the database must occur once the stream is fully finished
