jenkins job is not getting triggered when an existing differential is updated.

With the recommended configuration in the docs a build is only getting triggered when a new differential is created but not when an existing differential is updated using arc diff --update

In my use case if the build fails, developers will update existing differential by fixing the reason of build failure. I want have another jenkins job triggered for it the updated differential.
