feat(kde): Add Haruna as a pre-installed Flatpak to have parity with GNOME images.

I am replacing Totem (GNOME Videos) with Celluloid because the Flatpak runtime is End of Life for Totem. Supposedly this is going to be fixed soon, but I figure we should add this to also have parity with Bluefin since they ship Celluloid over Totem on their images.

I understand this image is getting kind of big and adding more stuff until we get to the point where we don't have to update the entire image and only go by diffs, so I understand if you do not want to add this right now.

GNOME has a media player pre-installed, so why not KDE? This is their own media player that uses qt and all of that.

I know the image is getting gigantic though, so this could wait until we get diffs updated instead of users downloading the entire image every update.
Adds [Celluloid](https://github.com/celluloid-player/celluloid) instead of Totem. Totem currently has an EOL runtime, but that might be resolved soon.

Although I added this because Bluefin already uses this by default too. Keeps us kind of aligned.
