Feature Request : slide-show background

I'd be very happy if the background image could be a slideshow displaying my favourite pictures located in a folder (parameter 1). The background image could switch every XX minutes (parameter 2 = XX) or never ( parameter 2 = 0 ). This would be independent of whatever we have in the foreground.

This is available with (for example) Cinnamon desktop for PC.
