Discord unpinned from dock on reboot

Pretty much the title. This only seems to happen with discord. I pin it to the dock and its all good until I reboot and its gone.

I'm using linux mint and am pretty new to linux as a whole so please treat me like a toddler and tell me how to provide relevant information.
The dock has been exactly what I wanted other than this one issue.
