Access denied

When I open a zip file with Archive Manager containing an csv file, which I click on I get the following error:

Snaps can not read hidden files of your home directory due to sandbox/security restrictions and hence this is most probably a won't fix scenario, most likely the desired file should be copied to a non-hidden folder like ~/Downloads etc. to be accessible by the snap.
