pointless having this repo - move the script file to budgie-desktop-environment

@fossfreedom - This seems to be partially done? I was looking at it, and it "looks" like these are already in the main budgie-desktop-environment package.

This file seems to already be moved over...

But looks like just this one needs to be done in yakkety/zesty, Exists in Xenial.

this refers to the budgie-desktop-common source package in the PPA - that is obsolete.
In packaging terms we never delete live packages. What we need to-do is update the PPA with an "empty" package - contains no source.
