App launches 2 separate chrome instances

App will launch 2 chrome instances, one for monitoring stream, and the other for actually watching. This wasn't done before, and when asked about it in the discord, it was considered intended behavior.

This is an issue for me, as having two instances up is allocating too much memory. This is wasteful of computer resources.

At the very minimum, the watching instance should be removed whenever the stream is offline
