Hello Matthieu,

We should just wait a bit before to enter that one. Matteo has reported wrong 
decoding of another "exotic" image found on the website ( file2.jp2 ) :

Worked on a patch yesterday. This image has components in reverse order remapped via

the channel description box. I have exposed a patch and now I am waiting for his 
feedbacks.

Yesterday's patch does not enable different subsampling ( the previous patch have 
done that ) as this is touching the decoder itself. Maybe we could merge both of 
them. I wish to proceed with a few tests before to include the last patch.
