I cannot decompress the following file:

kakadu seems ok with this.

The output generated by kakadu looks odd, seems like some sort of artifacts in compression.
This file is extremely compressed while being a reversible one, I suspect something
fishy is going on and kakadu accept it while it should have been rejected.
