Hello guys

I wonder why JPEG2000 is still not popular and JPEG dating from 1992 is popular. If
we look at the video encoding world, no one uses such an old codec as MPEG-1 or MPEG-2.
How is it that JPEG2000 still couldn't replace JPEG?
