Not for the faint of heart!

This will let us add a few cool features that would be very difficult otherwise:

  • Have a single file for question data (data-* attributes) and the map image (the whole SVG).
  • Have a smoothly pannable, zoomable map (if we want to).
  • Get rid of those ugly buttons and make the states directly clickable.
  • Add the capitals as (perhaps clickable) points or circles in Capitals mode.
