The resolution menu's scroll bar seems to be stuck overlaying the items.

Fix will be coming in the next release. We've simplified the window size selection and also prevented zooming the camera when the UI is open.

new release, https://github.com/udacity/FCND-Simulator-Releases/releases/tag/v0.0.4-preview. Closing since this no longer has the scroll window thingy.
