Images uploaded (manually or via sync) does not go to bucket

I have spent quite some time now debugging why uploaded images does appear in my bucket.

I have tried syncing all images - this process takes a few minutes and provides me with progress, and everything seems to go smoothly. No error messages no nothing. However, once the process has completed, and I check my bucket, theres no images.

If I go to a specific Media Item and click Regenerate and Sync with GCS button, it says: "Completed in 0.6s" but still, no images appear in bucket.

If I click "meta" I see an empty tab:

Also, the attachment URL does not contain the Google bucket URL.

Also, I used the "Manual configuration"

Doesnt work anymore? Not the manual or the automatic way. It looks everything goes wel with uploading but afterwards no files are in the bucket.
