Improvement: Picklist source based on wire

Picklists in their current implementation demand input for what options are available in the builder.

There are plenty of usecases where the builder does not yet definitively know what picklist options should be available. For that reason, in picklists, we should be able to define a source wire for the potential picklist values as alternative to predefined sets of options

Another variant of this would be to have View-only Reference fields. But yes, using a Wire to constrain the inputs makes sense.
