CPAN ecosystem list is down

Looks like both https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ugexe/Perl6-ecosystems/master/cpan.json and https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ugexe/Perl6-ecosystems/master/cpan1.json show zero modules on CPAN, which is reflected in zef update and zef can't find CPAN-only modules, like zef install JSON::Tiny

perl.org is down -- so the rsync command to pull data isn't working

I've reverted the changes and disabled the p6.nu App::ecogen instance until I see perl.org is back online ( new modules won't show up until then )
