button skins: colors are the same as background

I'll give this a look. Didn't do the generate.ess so it be coming from there. If not, it's because you need to have /fill/fill.ess if it's a filled button, and /fill/no-fill.ess if there is no fill, and /fill/fill-white if it is a filled light button.

Don't know why the color would be set to the same as the background.
