Acceptance criteria:
The LoggingLevel setting in the configuration.ini file can be set to the options listed in the Deployment section of the wiki.
The app should still run and log when the level is set to any of these options, and refuse to run when it is set to anything else.

Setting the LoggingLevel to any of CRITICAL, ERROR, WARNING, INFO and DEBUG in the configuration.ini file allows the app to run.

When the log level is set to any of these then only log messages of that level and higher are shown - tested for ERROR, WARNING, INFO and DEBUG
