Following from #63 this is an issue to discuss adding functionality to add and style [{crosstalk}] (https://rstudio.github.io/crosstalk/) filtering components to {govdown} ahead of a future PR.

Main Q is whether this should be a separate function, or something that can/should be operationalised as optional arguments from within intended functionality in #63.

My preference would be for separate functions. They are much more easily maintained!
