Flexdashboard template

This package is wonderful! However, it didn't quite work for my application, a flexdashboard template. I have taken the liberty of creating an approximation of this package, in the attached zip file. It should be failry self explanatory, but here's a small description:

The attached zip contains:

• an image of the crown, suitable as an icon
• a css file, which contains a subset of the style required to have a government-consistent look
• An Rmd file, which is a flexdashboard skeleton.

The only requirement for using this zip file would be to install the CRAN version of flexdashboard. Everything else should just "work". Let me know if it's not the case.

Thank you very much @DataStrategist! I'll leave this issue open for others to use. It's unlikely that I'll be able to merge this into the package, due to lack of time, but I'm sure your implementation will be valuable as it stands.
