Unable to close DL-FLDIGI when using HAMLIB #7

Using Dl-Fldigi 3.20.34 HAB mode with rig connected via HAMLIB.
If you turn the rig off , Dl-Fldigi won't close gracefully and becomes unresponsive.

Hey Upuaut - what os? i guess we need to check if FLdigi 3.20.24 works as well...

Morning James,

64-bit Windows 7. 18Gb RAM / i7 if that bit matters. Using a Prolific Serial
to USB device to my FT-817. Its reproducible on demand. I'll check 3.20.24
when I get home tonight.

Confirm same behaviour with Fldigi 3.21.11.(couldn't find 3.20.24).

Guess we need to bring it up with FLdigi - suspect that its that the serial port isn't being closed nicely and so causes everything to hang. Not sure if its an easy fix...
