the moment package's moment.js requires "locales/<a_local>". However, the "locales/<a_local>" file requires "../moment" (which is "moment.js").

Will this cause a never resolving promise?

Loading of "locals/.." will resolve only when "moment.js" resolves, and "moment.js" will resolve only when "locals/..." resolves.

Both are waiting for eachother. How should this be handled?
