Sometimes, this happens :

infill_jitter

This results in a weak point in the part, and can sometimes create blobs on the outside of the part when unadhered threads get flipped over by the nozzle on subsequent passes. It can sometimes wreck the print altogether.

Perhaps infill pattern should be computed in absolute coordinates? It looks like infill is using coordinates relative to the layer centroid, or something like that.

Try the RC1 from http://software.ultimaker.com/Cura_closed_beta/
It should fix it.
