Adding a gitlab project without ".git" as a github project results in the creation of "project/NIL" project #245

For example, I mistakenly added https://gitlab.com/digikar/peltadot as a "Github" project to ultralisp.

It resulted in the creation of - https://ultralisp.org/projects/peltadot/NIL. I, attempted to delete it later, and now, it is a blank page for a project "NIL" of user "peltadot".

I guess a more reasonable expectation is that when a github project added with a non-github URL, then that should result in an error.

Yeah, this is a bug and should be fixed.
