Why does accuracy decrease when I increase the number of classes?

hi everyone, i would like to descirebe shortly.
i have a yolov5 model that detect eyes. After i added face annotation in txt files and after the training i observe the eyes accurcy decrease.
how i can deal with this proplem?
and why this proplem came from?
