The chart nicely animates from 5m -> 1h and from 30d -> 53d. Having the charts animate nicely for all timescales would be a significant win IMO. #247

This depends on the points in the data array staying the same it seems. Between time frames that share identical values there is tight animation That's how highcharts knows what to move where, across it understandably loses track.

I don't see a way we can fix this.
