The term "Master" template should be changed to Layout template #13

We still use the term Master template because that's what it was called in Webforms. Webforms! The thing that was obsoleted in v6.

Let's at the very least change the name to Layout template. Not only does it describe better what it is, it also is the terminology that's used in MVC, which we have been using since v6.
