Unable to open workflow: 'Submit message / Go to page'

When creating a new form or editing an existing one, im unable to open the default created workflow: 'Submit message / Go to page'. Using Umbraco 10.4.1 with Umbraco Forms 10.3.0 on a new clean project.

Reproduction

1. Navigate to the Umbraco Forms section
2. Click on an existing form or create a new one
3. Click on the 'configure workflow' link in the bottom right corner
4. Click on the first workflow named: 'Submit message / Go to page'

When executing the last step, a 'scope is not defined' error shows in the console.

Just discovered an alternative way to open the workflow, this works for now.

Thanks @RGV2ZWxvcGVy, I can see this problem - we'll fix it up for the next patch releases. Meantime as you've found there is another route to this screen that you can use (unfortunately I missed a necessary update in the other one that causes this issue).
