update readme file to run ./autogen.sh before ./configure #194

unless I am missing something, the current README does not say that to install GEM on linux/OSX/ you must run

$ ./autogen.sh

before

$ ./configure

well, the source distribution of Gem is supposed to already have the autogen.sh-generated files included.
