gem framerate rounded down to nearest integer #372

MP4 h.264 encoded 29.97 fps GEM reports as 29 fps:

from Pd console:
[pix_film]: loaded file: 0.mp4 with 600 frames (800x600) at 29.000000 fps

from Pd Window:

Which backend is being used to open the video?
And could you provide a sample video?

I'm not sure how to tell which backend specifically pix_film is using, but I know it's one of two:
GEM: film loading plugins: gmerlin quicktime4linux
