Switch to an alternative auth provider

Currently the app can only authenticate users with Google. Adding other providers is tricky, requires a lot of effort. Also Google had at least one issue recently which prevented users from logging in during a mapping party, which was a bummer.

The solution is to find an alternative authentication provider with more options, like Auth0 or Kinde.

Make sure existing users migrate seamlessly.
