This module should finally only include fisher (individual as owner, captain, with fisher id or fisher licence )

• Filter data to only concerve fisher undividuals
• rename module : Breakdown of fishers
• Update role selector with items 'Owner','Captain','Holder of fisher id','Holder of fishing licence'

In additional we can test if we have best representation with vertical tab by gender and by educational level and dropdown by type of fisher or the opposite
