[CALR-47] Vessel Details module - Add warning on 'catches' and 'fishing trips' report for artisanal vessels

In the case of vessels handling artisanal fisheries (cl_app_vessel_stat_type_id = 1) the 'catches' and 'fishing trips' report are not exhaustive and corresponds to the result of sample-based survey. For this we should handling a warning in the Catches vertical tab content.

The warning (in yellow - using [https://getbootstrap.com/docs/4.0/components/alerts/ )|https://getbootstrap.com/docs/4.0/components/alerts/)] should be put on top of the horizontal tabs (summary/history/breakdown by species) and says the following:

Catches reported here are the results of a sample-based survey (Artisanal Fisheries), and do not reflect the total catches of the selected vessel.
