With the global variable created at CALR-62, condition the display of vessel-related info boxes. Indeed a Calipseo country instance will have vessel information only if registry management is operated. 

By consequence, the 3 vessel-related info boxes should be:

• displayed for countries such as SUR and TTO
• hidden for countries such as LBN, where Calipseo doesn't target registry management
