It looks like some email agents are trying to open links in the email, as the result password is reset when such bot opens password reset link, then when user opens this link - it isn't working, since it was already used. The solution would be to require user to enter his email (it can be pre-filled already) and reCaptcha to reset the password, so bot will not be able to reset password.

It should be fixed after implementing #3009 ticket
