For Dreamtronics Synthesizer V Studio Pro, for English, Chinese and Japanese languages
This script iterates through all phonemes of all selected notes, and modifies their respective values based on their identification as a vowel, consonant or neither (e.g. br, cl, etc.) This is great for a mass adjustment of phonemes for all your selected notes in a phrase, before zooming into each note to adjust the nitty-gritty of things as needed.
Vowels: aa, ae, ah, ao, aw, ax, ay, eh, er, ey, ih, iy, ow, oy, uh, uw
Consonants: b, ch, d, dx, dr, dh, f, g, hh, jh, k, l, m, n, ng, p, r, s, sh, t, tr, th, v, w, y, z, zh
Vowels: a, i, u, e, o
Consonants: N, t, d, s, sh, j, z, ts, k, g, h, b, p, f, ch, ry, ky, py, dy, ty, dy, ny, hy, my, gy, by, n, m, r, w, v, y
Vowels: a, A, o, @, e, 7, U, u, i, i\, i`, y, AU, @U, ia, iA, iAU, ie, iE, iU, iE, iU, i@U, y{, yE, ua, uA, u@, ue, uo
Consonants: :\i, r\`, :n, N, p, ph, t, th, k, kh, ts\, ts, tsh, ts`, ts`h, x, f, s, s`, ts\h, s\, m, n, l, z`, w, j
The following phonemes are classified as neither consonant or vowel:
q, dw, tw, cl, pau, sil, br, br1, br2, br3, br4, br5, br6, br7, br8, brl1, brl2, brl3, brl4, brl5, brl6, brl7, brl8
These classifications can be changed based on your preferences in the script. The arrays containing these strings should be evident.
- Find the scripts folder through Synthvdd V, and drag and drop the MassPhonemeAdjustment.js file into it
- Rescan the scripts folder in Synth V, and confirm that it has loaded
- Select notes, before running the script under the "Fyre's Scripts" category. EN stands for English, JP for Japanese and CN for Chinese.
- Run the script, and you should be greeted with the following interface.
- Adjust values if necessary. All numbers are based on percentage of the notes' intitial lengths. Click 'OK' to see the magic happen.
