Respawn Proposal

Hello @undoZen,

I created a similar library to respawn with more features and improvements. I know mafintosh did not accept your PR I am willing to accept pull request. I do not have cluster support yet but I was thinking maybe we could start collaborating on this project. That way there are not millions of similar projects also that way there is more support all around.
