[bug] Denon AVC learnt codes not working

Description

I've used my Harmony to teach my remote codes that are missing from the generic device and/or the IP based integration. Most of them work, but some of them aren't. For example the receiver doesn't recognize the commands for subwoofer 1 and levels when triggered by Remote Two, but subwoofer 2 works.

How to Reproduce

1. Import the codes in the description from Harmony
2. Test the codes in the web UI or on the remote
3. SW1 commands aren't executed - SW2 commands are.

Expected behavior

Learnt codes can be reproduced in a manner that is recognized by the device.

I am experiencing similar issues, they might be related.
Devices:

• Pioneer VSX-520D
• Teufel Woofer

R2 FW 1.6.4

One example for a non-working code 3;0xA55AEA15;32;0 (works with Harmony and original remote but not with R2)
Code learned from original remote and from Harmony - none works with R2.

I'll add the same/similar issue for my Sony Projector (Sony VPL-VW915ES). Harmony codes for ON and OFF (and POWER TOGGLE) do not work.
