Allow overwriting/deleting of uploaded icons

Description

After you created an UI for an activity with uploaded Icons you see that it does not look good and you want to change it. Now you must create a new file and uploaded it and you have old and new version. After a few moth the UC might run out of memory. So overwriting and/or deleting an Icon will keep the system clean.

Deleting custom icons is already possible if you go to Settings/Resources and hover over any icon and click in the red x.

Thank you. Overwriting would be nice but is not so important anymore. Now I found another point. In resources I can upload tv channel icons but while editig the GUI of an activity I cannot switch to tv channel icons and select them.

The TV icon feature is not complete, they should probably hide it.
