Remove "cq" tags from Comprehension Question pages

Following is a request for help (Help Desk Ticket 274)

We temporarily added “cq” tags to the Comprehension Question pages for some books to facilitate counting status of books. Since Jesse moved the questions to the “en:bible:questions:comprehension” NS we no longer need those tags. Please delete them from all pages in the “en:bible:questions:comprehension” NS.
