kraft.yaml doesn't exist anymore but is used by generate.py

It seems like following the steps in the README of the app-elfloader repository doesn't completely work anymore because the generate.py script expects there to be a kraft.yaml. Unfortunately for generate.py, the kraft.yaml file has been deleted in this commit: 69e5bd7 . I'm not sure what update is needed to make the instructions in the README work with Kraftfiles.
