Enable the UI Bus to be decentralised:

  • there might be multiple isntances of DM (one or more per user or UDM, which need to be spawned somewhere, and would need to be able to migrate, clone, and sinchronize them selfs)
  • when receiving a UIRequest the bus will resend to the appropriate UDMs (if we include Generalise User addressing in UI bus with matchmaking #1 )
