There is an option to hide the playback UI, however there is no documentation on how to bring it back. #16

It should reappear while the mouse is over the UI's usual location. I will look into changing it to fade out to better communicate this.

I tried highlighting where the UI would've been normally and it's not showing up, is there any other fix to this? I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling the mod and I still don't have access to any of the controls.

Until this is solved you can get back your UI by going to C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Roaming\XIVLauncher\pluginConfigs and opening ARealmRecorded.json. There, on line 7, you change "EnablePlaybackControlHiding" to false and save it. Go into your game, disable and uninstall the plugin, then re-install it after you made sure that the line has not reverted back to true. Should give you your UI back.
